We believe that people can and want to be sustainable, for real. At our restaurant Sustainaboule, we make damn good fast food, but not in the classic way. Almost everything is cooked from scratch, and a large proportion of the ingredients are rescued, meaning that they are ingredients that consumers don't want to buy in shops and would otherwise have been thrown away. Every bite is therefore a contribution to the earth!
Our food concept is plant-based fast food. Kebabs and crispy cubes with salad mix, fermented vegetables, sauces, roasted seeds and other goodies in homemade bread or a bowl with organic rice and hummus.
